Britt is based in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, and has been in marketing for 19 years. She started doing outreach marketing at 13, and never really stopped. Strategy is her favorite part of the work, especially brainstorming, solving pathway problems, and figuring out the smartest next move when things feel messy or stuck.
Before marketing became her full time lane, Britt built a strong business foundation in accounting. She earned her accounting degree between 18 and 21, graduated, and went on to run an accounting department for a logistics company, while still doing marketing on the side the entire time. Marketing has always been the passion, and honestly, the first love.
Her favorite work is the kind that creates real outcomes, even when it is not the prettiest thing to show off. She is currently loving a Solidago Consulting engagement for exactly that reason. She is also proud of the University View Rexburg and Blue Vista case study, where the goal was to sell the property, and the marketing helped make that happen.
Outside of work, Britt’s world is full. She is married to Jason, her husband of 12 years and her hottest homie. They have three kids, two older teen boys and an elementary aged daughter. Their home is also run by Teddy, her soul dog, and Sadie, their first baby. When she is off the clock, you will usually find her in the backyard gardening, walking the park, baking, cooking, and doing anything that keeps her connected to nature.
